That must have been very disappointing. We're doing well. Summer comes here for a few days and then it turns mighty cold, even within a few hours! But, I do like the darker one a bit more simply because how it makes the flowers stand out. Almost like a comet tail across the sky. I know I mentioned the kestrels nest I found and I want to give an update. When I finally got to go there I found the nest on the ground and the birds were gone. Worst of all is that it seems as if it's people that caused the damage and not nature. Summer seems to have finally found us it's sunny, quite warm and the lilacs are blooming.
