'Daisy Rock'

This painting was inspired by the daisies growing in the rocks at Le Brevant. Le Brevant is one of the mountain peaks in Chamonix, France, opposite the valley from l'Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. The ability of life to flourish even in relatively harsh environments adds to its beauty.
